Terms of service

1. Agreement

By using CommandCC you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that company. “Service” means the CommandCC web application and all related APIs, tools and documentation provided by Quantinoid LLC.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Each account is for one person, and credentials must not be shared. If you suspect unauthorised access, tell us straight away. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorised access to your account.

3. Your data

You own your data. We claim no intellectual property rights over the content you put into CommandCC, including project plans, risk registers, budget figures and meeting notes. We access your data only to provide the service, to troubleshoot issues you report, or where the law requires it.

4. Acceptable use

Use CommandCC for its intended purpose: managing enterprise implementation programmes. Do not use it to store or send malware, break any law, try to access other users' data, or reverse engineer the platform. Do not use the API beyond reasonable use. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

5. Subscriptions and payment

CommandCC offers Team, Professional and Enterprise plans, priced on our pricing page. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your plan. Enterprise plans are billed by invoice under separate terms.

Trial periods give full access to the plan for 14 days. If you do not subscribe when the trial ends, the account moves to the free tier, which has limited features.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current billing period. We do not give prorated refunds for partial months. Annual subscriptions cannot be refunded after the first 30 days.

7. Service availability

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted. We may have planned maintenance, and we will tell you in advance when we can. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control, such as infrastructure providers or force majeure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantinoid LLC's total liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption.

9. Intellectual property

CommandCC, its design, code and documentation are owned by Quantinoid LLC. These terms do not give you any rights to our trademarks, logos or branding. You may not copy, modify or redistribute any part of the platform.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will tell you about material changes by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using the service after the changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, unless an Enterprise contract says otherwise.
