CommandCC is a product of Quantinoid LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates with operations in the United States and Europe.
Why CommandCC exists
CommandCC was started by Noel Benjamin D'Costa, who has spent more than 15 years managing SAP, Oracle and Workday implementations across the Middle East, Europe and North America. Much of that work was on the client side, answerable for making sure the programme delivered.
The same problem appeared on every programme. The plan, the registers, the test results and the budget lived in different files, and the status report was rebuilt by hand every week. CommandCC puts them in one record.
What we focus on
CommandCC is not a general project management tool. It is built for the structure of enterprise application programmes: phases and gates, build objects, test cycles, cutover runbooks and the governance around them.
What we believe
Four ideas shape the product.
- A programme needs one record that the team keeps current, not a folder of slides.
- Programme managers should spend their time on decisions, not on formatting reports.
- Integrators and clients should work from the same evidence.
- Software for serious work should still be pleasant to use.
