Already on SAP Cloud ALM?
SAP Cloud ALM comes at no extra licence cost for many SAP customers, for example with SAP Enterprise Support, SAP cloud subscriptions or RISE with SAP. It is SAP’s tool for the lifecycle of SAP applications: implementing, testing and running SAP solutions.
CommandCC is vendor-neutral programme governance: RAID, quality gates, cutover, status reports and sign-off for the whole programme, across clients, vendors and systems, SAP or not. The two answer different questions and can be used side by side.

Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Solo, Consultant, Team and Professional start with a 14-day free trial with every feature of the plan and no credit card. Lifetime Solo has no trial: try Solo first. Start a Solo or Consultant trial in Settings, Your plan once you are signed in. A new company starts on Team, and we switch on a Professional trial when you ask from Company admin, Subscription.
What happens when the trial ends?
The plan stops covering your companies until you choose a plan, so the Professional features it gave are switched off. Nothing is deleted: your projects, documents and guests stay where they are, and choosing a plan brings the features back.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can move between Solo and Consultant, change the company Solo covers in Settings, Your plan, or move a company to Team or Professional when more people need to edit. Online checkout is not open yet, so choosing a plan sends us a request and we set it up for you.
What does Lifetime Solo include?
Everything in Solo, paid once instead of every month: you edit one company you own, with up to 25 free guests, unlimited projects and every Professional feature, including AI with your own key. It is for one person. Colleagues who need to edit need a Team or Professional company plan.
I am a consultant with several clients. Which plan?
Consultant. It covers every client company you own, each with its own projects, data and up to 25 free guests. If a client already pays for CommandCC, join its company as an editor on its plan instead, so nobody pays twice. When an engagement ends, a client company can be handed over to the client, who then takes a company plan; for now we make the hand-over for you on request.
Why does AI cost nothing extra?
Each person uses AI with their own key from Anthropic, OpenAI, OVHcloud, Mistral or Groq, so you pay your provider directly and CommandCC adds no charge for AI. Each person turns AI on in their own settings, and a company admin can block AI for the company. AI is on every personal plan, Professional and Enterprise.
What is a guest?
A guest is someone you invite with the stakeholder role. Guests can see the project, comment, raise risks, issues and actions, complete their own actions and sign documents. Guests are free and do not count as editors. People who only sign a document by e-signature need no account at all.
What counts as an editor?
Everyone in a company who is not a guest. On a personal plan you are the one editor. On Team and Professional the price is per editor.
How does Enterprise pricing work?
Enterprise is quoted for each organisation. The main factors are the number of projects and editors, your security and compliance requirements, and the support level you need. Book a call and we will send a quote.
How is our data protected?
CommandCC runs on Supabase and Vercel, with encryption in transit and at rest and row-level security in the database. The security page has the details, and we complete security questionnaires on request.
