AI assistant

A second reading of programme health, from the data you already keep.

The AI assistant reads a summary of the programme's plan, registers, tests, budget and gates, and returns a health rating with its confidence, the main concerns, what is going well, early warnings and recommendations.

Each analysis is saved with its date, so you can compare readings over time and add your own notes. The programme manager decides what goes into the status report.

An AI health reading rated amber with 68 percent confidence, listing a concern, an early warning, something going well and a recommendation.

What the module covers

  • A health rating with reasons

Red, amber or green with a confidence level, and the findings it is based on.

  • Concerns and early warnings

What needs attention now, and what could become a problem in the coming weeks.

  • What is going well

The parts of the programme that are on track, so the reading is balanced.

  • History and notes

Saved analyses with the programme manager's notes, to compare one week with the next.

In the app, this module is these workspace tabs:

  • AI assistant

How a programme uses it

  1. Run an analysis

Open the assistant and ask for a reading of the programme as it stands.

  2. Review the findings

Check each finding against the registers and note what you agree with.

  3. Use what holds up

Add the findings that hold up to the RAID log and the status commentary.

Where it helps most

A PMO lead points to a colour coded status board on a wall screen while two colleagues follow.

AI assistant: common questions

Which AI model does it use?

The one you choose. Each person turns AI on in their own settings (a company admin can block it for the company), adds their own key for a provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, OVHcloud, Mistral or Groq) and picks a model. When someone runs an analysis, a summary of the programme's records goes from their device straight to that provider. CommandCC does not receive it.

Does the assistant change our data?

No. It reads a summary of the programme and saves its findings to the assistant history. People decide what to act on.
